Terms of Service

Router by Mega Promoting (the “Service”) is operated by MEGA PROMOTING SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1019600021765, registered office: s. Dănceni, Ialoveni district, MD-6814, Republic of Moldova. By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

The Service is currently provided in BETA. Features may change, models may be added or removed, and availability is offered on a best-effort basis. You use the Service at your own risk. We recommend treating outputs as draft material and validating them for your use case before relying on them in production.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. For corporate accounts, the person creating the account warrants that they have authority to bind their organization.

Payments are processed by Stripe in USD or EUR. We do not store card data on our servers. Applicable taxes (EU VAT, UK VAT, US sales tax) are calculated and collected at checkout via Stripe Tax based on your billing location. Invoices and receipts are issued automatically and available in your account.

EU consumers benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period for unused prepaid credits, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Credits already consumed for AI calls (tokens already metered upstream) are non-refundable, as the service has been performed. Refund requests: support@megapromoting.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs from upstream providers.

For consumers resident in the European Union, mandatory EU consumer protection law applies and you retain access to the courts of your country of residence. For all other customers, these Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Chișinău.
